On Friday, October 31st, approximately 200 individuals committed to understanding the importance of collective impact and high performance to enhance our community gathered at Lod Cook Conference Center. During the opening session of the summit we engaged in a discussion led by Professor Jim Honan of Harvard Kennedy School and the Graduate School of Education.

We then attended various breakout sessions to further delve into the challenges that face our community and what actions and knowledge are necessary to impact change.

We went to great lengths to capture what was discussed during the opening session and individual break out sessions to develop a document of key takeaways and points. Feel free to review the document here. Feel free to review the document here.
